Yard Work

After breakfast at IHOP, running errands and lunch at Old McDonald's, the kids agreed to do a little yard work before watching a movie for the evening.

Reagan's job was to put the leaves in the bag

 Cooper's job was to rake the leaves

 not looking too happy

 teamwork!

 Cooper took a little time out to play

 dad came out and helped too

 mom helped too, but also took time to take a few pictures 

Cooper said that "daddy was a big strong man", He was a "strong little man", Mom was "a good helper woman" and Reagan was a "good helper girl".

Bikes & Leaves

It was a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon.  So, we took advantage of it by riding bikes and playing in the leaves all afternoon.

sadly, it was time to rake the leaves and put them into bags 

 they didn't seem to mind the chore

 Reagan held the bag so Cooper and I could put in the leaves (in case you're wondering, Greg was mowing the yard)

 Cooper couldn't resist, he had to jump in one more time

 after the chore was done, it was back to the bikes

 finally, it was refreshment time
