Easter Eggs 2015

After horrible rain storms last night, the weather was absolutely beautiful today.  We played outside for a while, and then spent the early part of the evening dyeing Easter eggs.

In the Buff

While waiting for Greg to get his haircut this afternoon, Cooper "had an awesome idea" to go play outside in the nude.  He had the best time running around and swinging in the buff!

 you can count his ribs!

Day of Play

It was a sunny, but cool afternoon so we got outside to enjoy the weather.
first up...soccer
Cooper, Greg & I played soccer in the back yard using the goal Cooper received for Christmas
Cooper loooves to be the goalie
Next, we had a little target practice using Cooper's pellet gun
Greg showing Cooper how to shoot the gun
 giving safety lessons
 going solo
Cooper shot straight through the milk jug
 see his pellet hole
 aiming again
Where was Reagan during all this family time?  Playing Lego Friends.  She said she "just isn't an outside person when it's cold or hot"
Cooper did a little weight liftingC!
Then, an air hockey match broke out.  These kids are very competitive with each other when it comes to air hockey!
We also played a few rounds of checkers and tic-tac-toe, watched a movie for family night and Greg treated the kids to milkshakes from the Cook-Out!

Fun on the First

We had a great start to the New Year!  We cleaned the house, did a little yard work, played a few games, went ice skating, and also had a quick/surprise visit from Mamaw, Papaw, Helen & Allen.
Cooper and daddy added an extra shelf to Reagan's bookshelf
Cooper did take a little time to enjoy the cool weather
back to work~Cooper was a little nervous
a fun game of 4-square broke out in the garage.
I played too, but had to take a few pictures...just because
Today was the final day of Holiday Sk8 School for Reagan
I joined Reagan on the ice for public skate
so sweet
 practicing cross overs
 practicing a 1 foot spin
 "come on slow poke!"
she's getting so brave on the ice!
