Saturday Outing

 We spent our Saturday running errands.  One of our stops was at Barnes and Noble to get Reagan her free birthday cookie for being part of the Kids' Club.

She chose a s'mores cookie

 Reagan was super sweet and shared half of her cookie with Cooper

 after most of our errands were done, we stopped for dinner at Applebee's

Tonight was Reagan's first Cookie Booth of the season.  They sold around 100 boxes of cookies within two hours.  The girls were so excited (and a little hyper) to be selling cookies at the booth.

Saturday Stuff

The kids and I stayed home today while Greg helped some friends with their move.  The kids and I worked a little, then had a little fun!

 After chores, we had a little dance party in the hall

Reagan joined in on the fun too!

Later in the afternoon, Girl Scout Cookie delivery began in the neighborhood

 Samoas are Reagan's personal favorite

 I watched from our front porch as Reagan made her first delivery

Christmas Eve 2014

What a fun day we've had!

we found Snowflake this morning...he brought gifts!

 He left a sweet good-bye letter

Cooper and Reagan took turns reading the letter

 for a few minutes, they could hug Snowflake and say their good-byes

 He brought skate guards for Reagan

 Cooper helped bake cookies...

Girl Scout Cookie Time

Reagan worked her first booth of the cookie season this afternoon.  She has done a great job selling cookies!

After the cookie booth, Greg had a very special evening planned for the two of them.  Chick-Fil-A was having their annual daddy/daughter date night, so Greg made reservations for him and Reagan.  He said they had the tables nicely decorated and had waitresses to come and take their orders.  They had a great time, even if I didn't get to take pictures of them!  They did have their photo made, but we wont have it for a couple of weeks!

While Greg and Reagan were out to dinner, Cooper and I had our own date.  He chose IHOP!  

we had lots of fun!!!

Getting Ready for Santa

After we got home from Gigi & Bubba's, it was time to prepare for Santa's visit.

 In Snowflake's letter this morning, he said his powers would be lifted long enough that the kids could touch him and give him a hug.  Reagan was a little hesitant at first.

 Once the kids were fast asleep, Santa left a few toys for each of them. 

He left Perler Beads, a Orbeez, and a Kindle Fire for Reagan,

 For Cooper, he left Battleship, Heroes of Imaginext toys, and a Kindle Fire

 As a special treat, he left 2 movies for them to share

Can't wait until Christmas morning!



Christmas Eve Happenings

Christmas Eve started with one last visit from Snowflake, this time he brought gifts to the kids.  Pajamas for Reagan & Cooper.  And, he left a note reminding them of the true meaning of Christmas.  In the afternoon, we baked cookies in preparation for Santa's visit.
