Sick Boy

After lunch today, Cooper came home and said he didn't feel so well.  He actually asked to go to bed at 6pm ~ I knew he must be sick!

 Reagan wrote Cooper a get-well card.  She has such a big heart.  She may work for Hallmark one day!

Not to Whell

Reagan wrote me a little note telling about her day...

Mom, to day it do not go very whell (sic) at school.  Cause I had to sat out resess (sic).  I don't no (sic) why i set out resess (sic). 

 

Reagan has such a sweet spirit.  She wanted me to know about her day, but was afraid of getting in more trouble.

I Love It When...

This was one of Reagan's journal assignments after a day home for "snow"...

 

I love it when it snows.  Cause we are out of school and I get to go to my grandparnt (sic) house and spend the night at house.  It is fun for me and my little brother Cooper to go there and spend the night at there (sic) house.  But befor (sic) we do that we go eat super (sic) at Ginger's house. But we have to call them to make shore (sic) we can go there to spend the night at our grandpernts (sic) house.

Letter to God

Reagan woke up in the best mood this morning.  While I was cooking breakfast, she asked for a piece of paper and began writing.  She showed me her letter before she left for school ~ and I'll admit, I got a little teary eyed.

 

Dear God, I know some was (ways) that we can praise you.  We can sing to you. We can dance for you.  We can pary (pray) to you.  I will let you into my heart and I will Jesus in my heart as well.

 

Is that not the sweetest thing you have ever read?

A Sorry Note

Reagan had to sit in time out tonight for calling her brother "stupid" ~ a word that is not allowed in our house.  With her tender heart, she made good use of her time in her bedroom!

Sorry Card

Reagan spent a little time in her bedroom this afternoon for hitting Cooper.  She made good use of her time, making a "sorry card" for Cooper.

I'm Sorry

Reagan had to spend a little extra time in her bedroom last weekend because she yelled at her dad.  She used her time wisely ~ combining her love of art & card making skills with her sweet tender heart, this is what she gave to Greg when she came out of her room.  She did this without anyone knowing what she was doing!

Tooth Fairy Reward

As usual when she loses a tooth, Reagan left a note for the tooth fairy last night on the kitchen table.

 And, the tooth fairty didn't disappoint ~ another $10

A New Vacancy

Reagan lost her 4th tooth today.  She actually pulled it herself while at gymnastics camp.  Luckily, I had put a baggie in her lunch box, so she was able to protect the tooth and bring it home for the tooth fairy's visit.

Behavior

It was a rough behavior night for Cooper.  I think he was just tired from the weekend and adjusting to school again.  But, his behavior was so bad, he went to bad immediately after his bath ~ around 6:30.  After her bath, Reagan asked for a piece of paper because she wanted to make a card, which is not unusual.  She asked for help spelling a couple of words and needed some crayons.  When she finished, she said she wanted to leave this card for Cooper in the morning...

Sunday Sermon

Reagan is thoroughly enjoying her new class at church. As with anything, it took her a couple of times to warm up to the new teachers, but they've all told me how much fun she seems to be having and she's even participating!! Today, after her class I asked her what she learned about, she said, "God made me big." I asked if she had a good time in class and she said that she got to sing, dance, clap her hands and eat a snack (which I'm sure was her favorite part!).

After nap time, Greg went to the grocery store and Reagan loves to help by carrying the groceries in the house.
