Football and Swimming Friday

It's Friday, so that means it's time to break out the orange to support our favorite team.

 Tonight, instead of having our regular Bible study group, we decided to have an end of summer/back to school pool party.  The kids swam until almost 10pm and the adults could have talked all night!

Swimming with Friends

We travelled back to Hickory yesterday to spend time with our friends.  Today, we had a pool party/picnic/get together with the whole gang: the Sandidges, Parkers, Thayers and Whitfords.  It was so much fun to see everyone again...we picked up right where we left off!

Cooper opted not to make the trip with us - he had a soccer game he didn't want to miss (and the chance to stay solo with Gigi & Bubba was just too much for him to pass up!)

Vacation 2014 - Friday - Day 7

Our last day of vacation.  The kids wanted to spend the entire day in the pool.  I've come to accept that I have "pool kids", they just don't care for the beach!

Our last dinner of the week was at Bayou Bill's Crab House.  And, as usual, we had a scoop (some had two) of ice cream at the Blue Mountain Creamery.

What a great place to vacation!  The condo, the area and the weather were all perfect!  We can't wait to come back!
