Daddy / Daughter Date

Greg and Reagan had a daddy/daughter date this morning for the first time in a while.  They ate breakfast at Bojangle's (Reagan's choice) and then ran a few errands.

Reagan, Greg & I had a date on Saturday (Cooper spent the night with Gigi and Bubba).  We ate at a favorite local restaurant and then Reagan had Menchie's for dessert.

We celebrated National Pancake Day at IHOP tonight.  We each enjoyed a short stack of pancakes!  The kids thought it was so much fun to have pancakes for dinner.  Such a fun treat for them!

Waffle House

For our monthly breakfast date (while Reagan and Greg are at All Pro Dad), Cooper chose to eat at the Waffle House.  He had never eaten there before, but I'm sure we will have many dates there in the future!

Family Day

Cooper's soccer game was cancelled this morning due to all the rain we've had (and are still having).  So, we took the opportunity to have a family day.

 



Greg and Reagan went on a daddy/daughter breakfast date - she had won a gift card to Cracker Barrel at the last All-Pro Dad event at her school

Later that day, Greg and Cooper went to see the latest Transformers movie

 while Reagan and I went to see Earth to Echo

It was a fun, relaxing rainy Saturday afternoon

Fabulous Friday

We had a busy Friday with lots of excitement for the kids.

Cooper and I started with breakfast at McDonald's.  Greg & Reagan were at a school function.

 After school, we met Mamaw and Papaw half-way to pick up Keira and Joshua

Breakfast Dates

Every month, Reagan's school hosts an event called All Pro Dads.  It's a chance for dads to become more involved with their kids.  Cooper has been feeling left out of all the action, so today I took him out for a special breakfast at Dunkin' Donuts!  I think both kids enjoyed their early morning dates!

Since Cooper had spent the night with Gigi & Bubba, Greg and I took Reagan out on a date.

 and we visited the new Krispy Kreme that just opened near our house~ Reagan chose a powdered donut

Friday Date Day

Today was date day for the kids.  I took Cooper to a friend's birthday party, while Greg and Reagan went out to dinner.  We joined forces and went to the movie theater as a family.

After School

Reagan went with me to run some errands after school, and if you know Reagan, you know she just had to have a snack!!!  She chose (and paid for with her own money) an Oreo Cream Pie from the Snack Bar at Target.

Doughnuts with Dad

Since school will be out before Father's Day, Reagan's class honored their dads today.  They held a "Doughnuts with Dad" breakfast.  Reagan was super excited that her dad was going to be there ~She even picked out a special dress to wear!
