Super Size Saturday

We had a busy day today ~ gymnastics for Reagan, Cooper attended a birthday party for one of his classmates, and then the family attended a pool birthday party for 2 of the kids in our BAM group. Here are some pictures of the day!!

Walking the balance beam

High kicks
ready to dismount
stick...
...and finish
Cooper's friend, Caitlyn, had her birthday party at the Science Center. Everyone had a great time. While Cooper and I attended the party, Reagan and Greg went through the different exhibits (no pictures of that ~ there's only one camera in the family!)

ta-da! Cooper and Chloe
the birthday girl!
During the party, the Science Center staff brought in animals and told the kids all about them and then let them pet each of them.
Cooper did pet the snake (so did I!)
cake time

Mom and Cooper at the party
Does it get any cuter than this?

Greg and Reagan came to pick us up...and Reagan petted a blue-tongued skink
Next, we went to Taylor and Jacob's birthday party. Taylor turned 8 and Jacob turned 7 this week. They are sister and brother born 361 days apart!
I couldn't find Reagan a pink frog to swim with, but I did find Cooper a blue shark!

Baby Kara came to her first BAM party

Again, the men played a game of pole Frisbee ~ I don't understand it, but they seemed to have a great time playing!

There were two Cooper S's at the party

Enjoying the cookout

The birthday boy Jacob (with goggles) and his sister Taylor
Reagan only wanted ice cream ~ no cake
Cooper had 2 bowls of ice cream

He licked his bowl clean!

It was a busy but fun day for all. I'm sure the kids will sleep like rocks tonight!

Swim

We got home a little early from school today, so the kids decided it would be the perfect day for a swim!

My Reward

A few pictures of the kids before school this morning.

there's the smile!
she wanted to show off her new tooth that's growing in
cheesey smile from him

Memorial Day

Since our Memorial Day was a complete wash out, we decided to take the kids to the mall and let them run out some energy on the playground...inside.

Down the slide ~ head first
climbing, climbing
getting practice being in the driver's seat
more sliding
look out below!
Reagan was finally able to climb up on the trophy all by herself
Let's race
she worked on her balance
all that play deserves a cool drink
And he's off again!
