Usual Suspects

Most of the BAM group was able to get together to celebrate the July 4th holiday ~ with a pool party and cookout.

Cooper enjoyed his hamburger and beans
Reagan ate a cheese & ketchup sandwich
Into the hot tub they go
The gang's all here

Reagan loves her frog

Cooper and daddy swimming like fish
Reagan wanted to swim with daddy too

Cooper has become fond of his hat

As usual, the men played a game of Polish Frisbee

It was bath time when we got home ~ you'd think they'd have enough of the water
Cooper discovered he loved jumping in the pool

Friday Fotos

We began celebrating the 4th of July around here today. The kids wore their red/white/blue outfits to school/camp.

His smile lights up his entire face
Her smile will light up her entire face too ~ even if she's going through a silly smile phase now!
I tried and tried and tried to get a picture of the two of them together, but it wasn't happening. So, Reagan agreed to pose for "just 1 more" picture...

Water Works

I know, I know...how many pictures of the same two (cute~I might add) kids can I take in the same pool? Apparently lots. Reagan and Cooper got in the pool tonight ~ on a school night ~ and had the best time splashing around!

Reagan bought a new bathing suit with some of the money she got for graduation

Nothing like a Popsicle to top off a night of swimming

Reagan chose to stay in the pool a little longer

The lure of the Popsicle was just too much!

Bubba Comes to Town

Bubba came for a quick visit tonight before heading out tomorrow. But as Reagan so aptly put it, "He forgot Gigi at home. Why did he do that?" Maybe next time she'll get to come too!

as soon as he got here, Cooper put on his shoes and was ready to go outside, but since they had already had their baths, play was limited to indoors

A New Camp

Reagan's gymnastics camp is closed for the next 2 weeks, so she'll will be attending science camp. This week they're learning all about BUGS! She was a little timid at first, but by the end of the camp (this one is only a 1/2 day camp), she was having a great time and didn't want to leave!

a picture before camp!
Her camp ended at noon, so she and I had a mommy & me date a Chick-fil-a

The Newest Grasshopper

Cooper moved up to the 3-year old classroom ~ the grasshoppers~ today at school.

this is how he was sleeping this morning when I went to wake him
looks pretty comfy to me!
Arriving in his new class ~ he's so proud
