Picnic

Greg was out of town tonight, so in an effort to keep the kids from fighting (just being honest!), we had a picnic in the living room. You would have thought I'd given each of them $1000. They were so excited and ate all of their meal with smiles on their faces and both finished with "happy plates". We may have to do this again more often!

this was my effort at a group shot ~ unfortunately, this is the best one of them all!

Women of Faith Weekend

This weekend, I had the privilege of attending the Women of Faith conference in Greensboro. There were over 10,000 women at the conference! We had an amazing time and really got to experience God while we were there!

Adventures in Babysitting

Tonight, Greg and I babysat for the very first time!! We helped out our friends by watching their 3 kids ~ I think it went well. We had a little play time, dinner, movie, and ate some cookie sandwiches.

In Training

We don't want to jinx ourselves, but we think Cooper is 99.9% potty trained!!! For the last 2 weeks, he's been wearing "big boy" underwear to school and hasn't had an accident yet (knock on wood!). He's even starting to tell us when he needs to go rather than us having to take him on a regular schedule (however, if it's been longer than I think it should, I'll still remind him that he needs to go). Cooper has even been dry overnight for the last few nights, although we put pull ups on him at night ~ because who really wants to change a wet bed in the middle of the night?!?

A new trick he learned this week ~ standing to use the potty~ thanks dad!!
so proud of himself
and a bath time picture...just because!

Rock Stars

I inadvertently bought Reagan and Cooper coordinating guitar pajamas...and they look so cute wearing them at the same time.
