Recess

Today during "recess", Cooper and I went for a stroll around the neighborhood.  He decided to ride his bike ~ so there were times we were together, some of the time I was running behind him and other times I was pushing him up hill.  He did really well and rode all around the neighborhood (about 2 miles).  As a bonus, he took about a 2 hour nap after lunch!!!  We may do this everyday for recess!

starting out in front of the house
he's so serious when he rides!
Cooper couldn't wait until it was time for Reagan to get home.  He wanted someone else to play with besides me!

He wanted to go on another bike ride
 Isn't she just beautiful?
He ate an Air Head and it turned his tongue blue
 moving to the backyard

Day at the Dentist

This morning, the kids had dental appointments.  Cooper was such a flirt with all of the ladies who worked in the office!  I'm going to have my hands full with him in a couple of years.  Reagan was petrified that Dr J was going to pull one of her teeth (even though NONE are loose!) because that's what happened last time she was here!  Good report for both ~ no cavities and home care is great!

Reagan had to get x-rays this time
Cooper held a train to pass the time
Reagan had to have someone comfort her and assure her no teeth would be pulled on this visit.

The Pledge

While we were playing outside today, Cooper began reciting the Pledge of Allegiance out of the blue!  He said that we must always do that before we play!

Cooper
Reagan knows it too!

It's A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood!

After school, we played outside for a couple of hours ~ enjoying the sunshine and burning some energy!
