Frosty

As I was travelling back from Nashville this evening, Greg texted me a couple of pictures of the kids enjoying a Frosty from Wendy's.  yum!!

Reunited

Cooper had left Mickey at Gigi and Bubba's house over the weekend, so they brought him back at lunch today.  Cooper was so excited, he asked that I take their picture together!

He has had this Mickey since he was a baby.  Reagan bought this for him at her first Disney show when Cooper was just a baby!

Double Feature

Tonight we had a double feature family movie night.  We had homemade pizza and homemade chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies.

New Desk

Reagan has been wanting a desk in her room since we moved.  Greg and I finally found her one at a consignment shop this morning.  We put it in her room and surprised her when she got home from spending the night with Gigi & Bubba.

Girl Scout Camp Closing Ceremonies

Girl Scout camp concluded today with a program of skits, songs, dances and a hot dog lunch.  Greg was able to take off from work for a couple of hours to attend the program, and Gigi came to support Reagan too!  I wish I could have been there, but I couldn't take off work on my 5th day!  Greg was gracious enough to take pictures and videos for me!

Reagan had so much fun at Girl Scout camp~she made new friends, learned new songs and just had a great time!

...it's off to work I go!!!!  After a 5 month search, I start my new job today!

 

Girl Scout Camp

Girl Scout Summer Camp ~ Passport To Adventure ~ started today.  Reagan is super-excited to go to camp all week!  

 

Spa and Ice

Reagan and I treated ourselves to a spa day ~ her first, my first in a LONG time!  We enjoyed pedicures and Reagan also got a manicure.  After picking up Greg & Cooper, we ran a few errands and then had a family movie night.

Afternoon Outside

We spent most of the afternoon outside today.  The weather was wonderful and riding scooters and swinging swords helped pass the time as we waited on the ice cream truck!

Finishing 2nd Grade

Just wanted to share a few things from the last days of 2nd grade for Reagan

Reagan had to take in a can of Campbell's soup for art class and then draw it.  Pretty good!

She ended the year with perfect attendance ~ no absences or tardies

Spring Pictures

Cooper had spring pictures made at school a couple of weeks ago.  They turned out really well ~ not hard to do when you have the most handsome boy to photograph!

 

Memorial Day Movie Monday

We had a low-key Memorial Day holiday.  We surprised the kids by taking them to see the movie Epic.  It is so sweet to hear them giggle throughout a movie.  We spoiled them with popcorn, pretzels & a freeze frame icee~each.  They had so much fun.  After the movie, we ran a few errands and then had a mini cookout at home!
