Father's Day 2014 on the Lake

This is the last of the Father's Day 2014 posts!  We had a busy, activity filled day, for sure!  Reagan and I came back to Gigi & Bubba's house after ice skating practice to fish, go for a boat ride & swim.
Cooper caught a blue-gill fish

Reagan was fascinated with the worms
Reagan caught a blue gill fish of her own

Father's Day 2014 - continued

After church, we headed down to Gigi and Bubba's for some BBQ!

Cooper loves to help get the logs out of the lake
 time to eat!
 time to nap!
our trip wouldn't be complete without a ride on his 4-wheeler!
Reagan had to leave the festivities early to go to ice skating practice.  We went from 85degrees to 32degrees in a manner of minutes!
 determination & concentration!
 working on backward swizzles
Ginger came to skate with Reagan during the public skating time

Happy Father's Day 2014

Reagan planned a special Father's Day breakfast for Greg this year.  She wanted to surprise him with cinnamon pancakes!  She wanted everyone to hide and yell "Surprise" when he came downstairs, but I reminded her he knew it was Father's Day!!
putting all the ingredients for the pancakes
Cooper helped too!

she even poured them out on the griddle by herself
Cooper read his card to Greg
sweet family - notice the rabbit ears over Greg's head!
Reagan read her card to Greg too
next came the gifts~a jar full of kisses
not sure what they're laughing at, but they had a great time!
Ready for breakfast - cinnamon pancakes with whipped cream and sprinkles
After breakfast, we headed to church.  Again, the kids like to get there a few minutes early so they can have the playground all to themselves!
Back home for a son/father/daughter picture
