A Tall Tail

Reagan and Cooper both got new winter coats tonight.  Reagan had two coats to choose from that both had fur around the hood.  She didn't like the fur, so we unzipped it and the kids used the fur strips as tails.  They had so much fun running around the house with tails!  Reagan even asked if she could wear the tail to school the next day...um, no!

Scenes from Skating

Reagan was back on the ice today for another lesson.  She has almost gotten one of the more difficult skills she has to learn to pass this level.

Double Dare

Cooper will do anything for a snack (in this case, a Kit-Kat).  Greg dared Cooper to take off his clothes and run naked to the end of the driveway.  The goofy boy did it!!

Tinsel and Treasure

Reagan and I attended the Tinsel & Treasure Christmas Market this morning.  It was fun to spend some "girl time" together!  We bought a few Christmas presents and were able to do a little art work too!

We describe our paintings as loosely interpretive stockings!

Indoor Soccer Game

Tonight was the first soccer game of the indoor season.  Cooper is on the Avalanche team this time around.  They won 3-1, and the best part of all for Cooper ~ he got to be the goalie!!

Crazy Cooper

Even though this was the coolest day of the year so far, Cooper wanted to play outside for a little while.  This boy has energy to burn!

 precious boy
Love this boy with all my heart!
Tonight, we had left-overs for dinner and all ate at random times.  While preparing my own dinner, looked over and saw this sweet boy praying.

Boo!

This year for Halloween, our Bible study group decided to have dinner together and then let the kids trick-or-treat around our neighborhood.
we started with BBQ chicken, rice & green beans
 the kids were so cute
We had a professional photographer follow our kids around tonight!
(Mr John is a photography instructor at the local college...more pictures to come from him!)

We may have waited a little too late to go out ~ after 6 houses, the rain was coming down so hard that we had to turn and come back home.  The kids didn't seem to mind, they had enough candy and got to play for the rest of the evening!

Indoor Soccer Season

Tonight began the winter soccer session for Cooper.  Fortunately, they are playing indoors.  Cooper had so much fun at practice tonight!
