Sunday, Sunday, Sunday

We had a great Sunday ~ we went to church (nice to be back after a weekend of sickness last weekend), ate lunch, played, napped, baked, and cooked. Reagan even called one of my coworkers, Crystal, to wish her a happy birthday!

Reagan wanted to show off her new ponytail from mamaw and papaw
Cooper looks just like his daddy in this button down shirt
Relaxing and watching cartoons
Cooper needs papaw Carl to make him a rocking chair of his own (hint, hint!)
Big laughs
Princess for a day (a lifetime really, but we'll go one day at a time!)

Hair Cut Time Again

Reagan was in desperate need of a haircut, so today was the day! We cut about 5 inches off of her hair. Robin, the stylist, didn't want to be the one to cut that much hair off, but she finally agreed.

Before the 1st cut
This is a preview of things to come~in the future I'm sure she'll add highlights, and a pedicure
All done
What a head of hair for a 3 year old ~ so healthy and thick
I think she's happy with it!
the back side
Still long enough for a ponytail, but short enough to manage
Happy Valentine's Day
Happy Anniversary to my mom and dad ~ 39 years today. Maybe they'll make it!!!

Valentine's Date

Today was a real treat ~ not only is it Valentine's Day, but it is also daddy/daughter date day. And, Cooper and I got to come along...so we made it a family date day!

A little rainy...but Reagan was wearing her new rain boots and carrying her new umbrella
Cooper is ready for breakfast
Daddy & Reagan sitting side by side
Cooper loved his pancake. he ate an entire pancake by himself

Cute Kids

Even though they're mine, I still think they are cute!!

Valentine's Party at School

Thursday, Reagan had her Valentine's Day party at school. She was so excited to have a party and she loved picking out valentines for each of her friends.

All ready for school
Eating snacks
Reagan's table having snacks
This video is so sweet ~ the kids were singing a song "do you know my Valentine?" and then Reagan surprised me by what she said next (I'm glad I had the camera on!)...

All the kids made valentine hats that they wore during the party
Waiting for more treats
Making silly faces
Checking out the bags to see who their valentines are from
Class picture
Reagan handing out valentines to her friends
If you listen real close, you can hear Reagan saying, "Here you go. Happy Valentine's Day" as she hands them out.

Madison, Hayden & Reagan

Sweet girl
While all the other kids played, Reagan had to go back and finish her heart shaped brownie
All the kids made these adorable bags to put their valentines in.

Notice a Resemblence?

We previously thought Cooper looked like Alton Brown from the Food Network, but lately his hair has been bringing back memories of the 80's band Flock of Seagulls!! What do you think?

We may have to shave his hair off completely and start over!!!

A Day in the Life

A glimpse into Cooper's day at school.

Napping ~ very important for a growing boy
Look how sweet he is on this cot
Playing with some of his friends (Cooper, Max, & Caitlyn)
And his friend Noah ~ Cooper and Noah have been friends since the infant room...they go way back!

More Valentine's Gifts

Reagan and Cooper received a package from Gigi and Papaw today full of gifts for Valentine's Day. Reagan couldn't wait to open them!

A stamping book
More crafts to paint
What else is in here?
A new outfit
She needed a better look at the stamp kit
If Cooper wasn't going to open his gift, Reagan would do it for him!
Maybe he'll try to open it himself
What's in here?
Tags are always the best presents!
They even taste good!
Showing off his card
Reagan had to stamp right away
Thank You!
When Reagan found the card in her bag, I told her to open it and she said, "no it's just mail. I don't need it"
