Day of Play

It was a sunny, but cool afternoon so we got outside to enjoy the weather.
first up...soccer
Cooper, Greg & I played soccer in the back yard using the goal Cooper received for Christmas
Cooper loooves to be the goalie
Next, we had a little target practice using Cooper's pellet gun
Greg showing Cooper how to shoot the gun
 giving safety lessons
 going solo
Cooper shot straight through the milk jug
 see his pellet hole
 aiming again
Where was Reagan during all this family time?  Playing Lego Friends.  She said she "just isn't an outside person when it's cold or hot"
Cooper did a little weight liftingC!
Then, an air hockey match broke out.  These kids are very competitive with each other when it comes to air hockey!
We also played a few rounds of checkers and tic-tac-toe, watched a movie for family night and Greg treated the kids to milkshakes from the Cook-Out!

Dunkin' Day

Today was All-Pro Dad at Reagan's school, so that meant it was Breakfast with Mom Day for Cooper.  He chose Dunkin' Doughnuts - 1 large glazed and 4 munchkins, along with chocolate milk to drink!

Sunday Happenings

We had some special guests visit us...Kim & Byrd went to church and then to lunch with us today!  Reagan asked if they were going to start going to our church.  Told her I didn't think so because they lived too far away to make it their home church, but maybe they would join us every once in a while!  And if not for church, we definitely want to get together more often for lunch or dinner (or another girls' day!).

Watching "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe"

TIRED

Christmas break has been a lot of fun, but it can wear a couple of kids out!!  They were fast asleep as soon as we put them to bed tonight.  Only 3 more days until school starts back...Tuesday morning is going to be rough!
they fight all day, but love to sleep with each other at night!

VOL Orange

We spent the day preparing for the Tennessee football game later this afternoon.  I cleaned the house, ordered dinner and made a few snacks while the kids helped me by having good behavior and playing nicely together!
I caught a sweet moment between siblings watching a video
Unfortunately, they heard the click of the camera!
they have both learned the "I Love You" sign and I love to see it!
 pre-game warm up game
Cooper loves to play air hockey
Our friends from Dallas, TX were in  for the holidays and stopped by to watch the game with us.  The dad (Dee) is a Tennessee graduate and didn't want to miss the game!  Cooper loved playing with boys (as our Bible study group is all girls) ~ Cooper, Hooper & Neyland would be T-R-O-U-B-L-E if they lived closer to each other!
these are the only pictures I took of the gang all night

Family photo after the win by UT
 Go Big Orange
 V-O-L-S Go Vols Go!

It's great to be a Tennessee Vol!
We've had a little too much togetherness over the past 2 weeks...the fighting has begun!
