Sunday Snapshots

A few pictures before leaving for church this morning!

Haircuts

We took the kids to get their haircut this weekend ~ this is the only time I've ever been able to get a picture of Cooper getting his haircut. He's doing better, but still would rather be shaggy!

After playing all day Saturday, we enjoyed a meal at home!

Gymnastics

Today at gymnastics, Reagan's class worked on balance & strength. (I have videos, but can't get them to load)

Slumber Party

Last night, for the first time ever, Reagan & Cooper slept in the same bed. Gigi & Bubba came for a visit this weekend ~ so we decided to prepare for our upcoming vacation and let them sleep in the same room...and let Gigi & Bubba sleep in Cooper's bed rather than the air mattress!

Looks like they got right to sleep

The Dentist

Today was dental day for the Sandidge kids. This was Reagan's 4th visit and Cooper's very 1st time to meet Dr Jones.

So far, so good...the office has trains
It's looking good!
Cooper refused to let the hygienist brush his teeth. "I do it myself"
Reagan was a big girl as usual
No cavities for Reagan!
There are no pictures of Cooper in the hygienist's chair because he.was.not.happy.at.all. He gritted his teeth, pursed his lips together and would not let her look at his teeth. I was basically laying on his legs and holding his arms down while he bucked and bucked! The dentist was able to take a quick peek at his teeth and said we were headed down the road of orthodontics with Cooper ~ partly because of heredity, partly because of his thumb & index finger sucking. She didn't see any problems with his teeth and said he was a cute, cute boy! I already knew that!

Sunday Stuff

Reagan and Cooper received a special package from mamaw & papaw today ~ snorkel gear for the beach! They were very excited to open it.

"What's in here?"
A fish for Reagan
A frog for Cooper
Trying it out

the cutest fish ever!

Reagan wanted to test out her new gear

Tonight, Greg & I had to go to a church meeting and Ms Kim kept the kids. She caught a couple of sweet moments between brother and sister

We told Reagan we would check on her when we got home ~ this is how we found her...sound asleep

not sure why the picture of Cooper didn't load

Thanks mamaw & papaw!

Saturday

We started off our day on a family date at the IHOP (no pictures~ Greg prefers to eat without the mammarazzi!). Cooper ate 5 pancakes, Reagan 4!. Then Reagan had gymnastics class and we finished the day with a swim in the pool.

Walking on the beam with ribbons

Afternoon pool time

Who loves mommy? Cooper does!
Reagan does too!

Ready for dinner

Reagan did a forward roll on the beam today for the first time
