Cute Conversations with Reagan

Reagan: How old were you when you found a daddy?
Mom: Do you mean your daddy?
Reagan: Yes, how old were you?
Mom: 20 and then we got married at 23
Reagan: I"m going to wait until I'm 20 too. I'm going to tell Aydan today that I can't marry him.
Mom: That's a fantastic idea!

Reagan: Did you know that there's a baby that shoots people and makes them fall in love?
Mom: There is?
Reagan: Yes, but I don't know if you get back up after you fall.

100th Day

Today was the 100th day of school for Reagan. To celebrate, her class made glasses in the shape of "100" and a school house crown. She also had to bring 100 of something into class. She chose to put 100 stickers on a piece of paper.

No Cavities

This morning, Reagan and Cooper made their semi-annual trip to the "tooth doctor".

I think the highlight of the day is getting to play with the train set in the waiting room!

Reagan was so brave. She had to get xrays taken and then hopped up on the chair and let the hygienist scrape & brush her teeth ~with bubble gum toothpaste that she picked out~and then use the silly straw. This was the first time she's EVER let them use the electric toothbrush and silly straw.
Look at how comfortable she is on the chair. She acted like she'd done this every time! A great report ~ no cavities, 2 loose teeth and her 6 year molars are ready to come in!
Cooper was a no-go sitting in the chair. He did let the doctor look at his teeth (although he didn't do it willingly) and hopefully, next time he'll be a big boy and let them brush his teeth. Wishful thinking, I know! Cooper definitely comes for the trains!

Meet

Reagan's gymnastics center was hosting a meet this afternoon, so she and I went so she could see the "big girls" that she watches everyday compete.

Here is Reagan's gym's team
Reagan was very attentive to every event
She cheered on her friend Katherine
She watched the girls from every angle!
Getting a better look
And, probably the best part of the meet ~ cotton candy!
Reagan was so inquisitive about all the goings on of the meet. She cheered really loud for her friends and was so excited when they & their coach waved to her from the floor. And, she just happened to be the cutest girl at the gym (if I say so myself!)
