Big Rig & Movie Party

Cooper's 4th birthday party was this afternoon.  His theme was "Big Rigs" and we had the party at the local movie theatre.  He had a blast and wanted us to refer to him as "birthday boy", not Cooper!

Then, birthday boy wanted everyone to sing to him while he acted embarrassed!

2 Hoops

Reagan learned a new trick this morning ~ hula hooping with 2 hoops.  Later in the day, she actually read a book while hula hooping!  She said that she is "amazing and should be on TV"!

Gobble, Gobble

We had our annual "Day After Thanksgiving" meal with our families.  We dined on the traditional meal of steak, shrimp, grilled corn and baked potatoes.  Then we had our choice of desserts ~ rum cake, white chocolate chip cranberry cookies or Ginger's apple pie & ice cream.  Most of us chose a little slice of each!

Giving Thanks

We spent our Thanksgiving Day with some of our closest friends. None of us were able to go home to our families for Thanksgiving, so we spent the entire day together. It is so nice to have friends that you consider just a part of the family.

 look, I'm there too!!
after lunch, we took the gang to serve at the Salvation Army.  Reagan and Cooper were so excited to help out.  They took drink orders, served dinner and cleared the plates off the table.  At times, they were like vultures circling the dining hall waiting for the people to finish their meals so they could take their plates!
