Not Again!

We were hit with another round of ice and snow overnight.

Last Indoor Game

Cooper's soccer club had their last game of the indoor season tonight.  We arrived at the field a little early, so Cooper was invited to play in the first game as well.  They were playing full field...after 2 games, Cooper was worn out!  It was good for him though, after a week of being cooped up in the house due to the weather, it was nice for him to be able to run!!

Spring outdoor season starts in 2 weeks!

Ice Day #2

School was closed again today because of the weather, so I worked from home and let the kids have another carefree day!

it snowed quite a bit this morning

the wind was howling - there were gusts up to 30mph!

 we ventured out before lunch to play in the snow (and ice)

the kids had a snowball fight

 Reagan made a few snow angels

 then it was time to go sledding!

we moved to the neighbor's driveway for a little more incline

the sledding wasn't too good today, so we went on an icicle hunt!

 too bad Greg had to go in to work today!

 they thought sucking on the icicles was "the best thing ever"!

 Cooper was a Good Samaritan and shoveled the neighbor's sidewalk...but he didn't shovel his own!!

Ice, Ice Baby

School was cancelled today due to the ice and dusting of snow.  We got out and played for a little while this afternoon.
