Guitar Heros

Church was cancelled today due to the inclimate weather ~ never fear, Reagan and Cooper provided us with some of their original music!

Big Boy Class

Today was Cooper's 1st day in the Ladybug Class at school. He has been transitioning for a couple of hours each day this week, and his first full day is today. I'm excited / sad to see him growing up so quickly, but I know each day will bring new adventures and we are looking forward to that!

Ready to go to the "big boy class"
He was a little timid about going into his new class ~ I took my camera (surprise!) to capture the exciting moment of him walking into his new class, but the look on his face was one of confusion!

Special Gymnastics Day

Reagan's gymnastics class will be cancelled Saturday due to a meet the gym is having (and now probably snow!), so Reagan was allowed to switch days. Last night she went to another class and had a great time. I was so proud of her ~ not only did she have new teachers, but she didn't know anyone in her class. She did great! She listened to her teachers and even jumped into the little pit (we're still working on getting her to jump into the big pit). Some of the pictures are really blurry, but it's very difficult to take a picture through glass of a moving gymnast!

You must stretch before!

Good to the Last Drop

Cooper really enjoyed his dinner tonight ~ just take a look!

He wanted to make sure he got every last bit on his plate
None can go to waste! Delicious!
"more?"
Cooper has always been a very good eater, but I don't think he's ever licked his plate clean (other than ketchup). We'll have to fix this dinner more often ~ homemade fish sticks, broccoli, baked beans & mashed sweet potatoes.

Crafting Queen

I know I've mentioned several times before just how much Reagan loves crafts. But let me say it one more time ~ Reagan.loves.crafts. Today, she spent the entire afternoon painting. These pictures are very similar, but they show her dedication to her art.

let the painting begin!
She received this wooden turtle for Christmas from Aunt Kim & Uncle Byrd Making sure it was painted to perfection
Good Job!
Project #2 ~ painting a cupcake magnet
also got this for Christmas, also from Aunt Kim & Uncle ByrdWell Done! Project #3 ~ dot markers Christmas ~ Kim & Byrd
Project #4 - painting a dog house
You guessed it ~ Christmas gift from Kim & Byrd
She was very meticulous on this projectShe kept saying, "My puppy is going to love his blue bed. He's going to be so excited. His mommy will be happy he has a new bed!" After the paint dried, she played with this forever. She even let the puppy sleep with her tonight...in his doghouse of course! Reagan also painted and decorated a jewelry box with stickers this afternoon. But, she did that in the privacy of the laundry room with the door shut so a certain little boy wouldn't bother her, so there are no pictures of that project!
