The Weekend

Gigi and Bubba were here this weekend ~ Reagan and Cooper were in heaven! They each had a playmate all to themselves. We enjoyed the weekend weather and spent as much time outside as we could!

It was time to refill the bird feeder

Dinner time ~ we enjoyed the weather to the fullest

Gymnastics Saturday

Another fun Saturday began with gymnastics class this morning.

School Picnic

Reagan & Cooper's school was getting a new stove installed, so Ms Sandy was unable to cook for them today. Each child was asked to pack their lunch and they had a school wide picnic.

Reagan had a jelly sandwich in the shape of a butterfly, chips with sprinkles (sour cream & onion chips), grapes, mangoes and apple juice. She was so excited to take her lunch to school today and show off her lunch box!

Cooper took a peanut butter sandwich cut into 4 circle shapes, rainbow goldfish, grapes and milk. Ms Christian said he ate every bit of it! We joke Cooper's going to turn into wine because he eats so many grapes! He didn't want to take a picture with his new lunch box, so I had to improvise!

Dessert Event

Erin, the BAM kids babysitter, has gone away to college to study Baking and Pastry Arts ~ and tonight, she had a special gathering to practice for her upcoming test. She made chocolate mousse, lemon meringue pie, knot rolls, and crepes Normandy. I can't begin to tell you how delicious they all were! The lemon meringue pie was definitely speaking my love language (while I was pregnant with Cooper my cravings were lemon~especially Dunkin' Donuts lemon filled donuts which I had on a 3x per week basis~ and grape soda). The group agreed that we would be Erin's study partners ANYTIME she needed us!!

Erin's birthday is next week when she's back at school, so we had a little party for her too!

Special Treat

The kids and I had a special treat tonight ~ dinner at Chick-Fil-A at the mall...and we were joined by daddy!!

After dinner, the kids traded the kid's meal toy for an ice cream and then we headed home. A nice middle of the week treat for us all!
