With the time change, it is still daylight outside when Greg gets home (most days) ~ it is such a treat for Reagan and Cooper to be able to play with their daddy through the week. Tonight, duck-duck-goose was on the agenda.

Cotton Candy

Last night, Ms Deb & Ms Kim came over to love on Reagan and Cooper...and they brought with them a special surprise for them. Cotton Candy ~ neither Reagan nor Cooper had ever tasted cotton candy before. At first, they were a little unsure of the texture, but it didn't take long before they were digging in with both hands!

Thanks to Ms Deb & Ms Kim for taking the kids on a walk around the neighborhood while Greg and I enjoyed a dinner...together...alone! It also helped to walk off some of the sugar they had just ingested!.

Thanks for loving our kids as much as you do!

Countdown

Exactly 1 month from today ~ Reagan will be 5 years old. She is so excited, she can't hardly stand it. She tells me everyday that she will be 5 in 1 month. Though tonight, she broke down in tears and said that it was "taking too long to get to be 5" and she "wants to be 5 now!"

Me...I'm not ready for her to be an "official" big girl. I can't believe she will start kindergarten in August. I asked her if she just wanted to stay 4 and be my little girl forever ~ but, she said, "no, I'm already big and I need to be 5 so I can ride the school bus to my big school".

1st Day of Spring

The first day of spring proved to be a beautiful one ~ with temperatures near 78 degrees!! After dinner, we went for a family walk around the neighborhood.
